What we collect when you ask for a market report, why, and what you can change. Updated October 25, 2026.
What we collect
When you request a market report we collect what you type into the form: your vehicle (VIN, plate, or year, make and model), mileage, where the vehicle is, its condition, title and loan details, anything you add in the notes, photos you choose to attach, your name, the phone number or email you give us, and when you’d like us to contact you. If you call or text us, we keep a record of the conversation the way any business does.
The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a form is sent by a person and not a bot.
How we use it
To research your vehicle, prepare your market report, make you an offer, contact you about it, and complete the purchase if you sell to us. Your request goes to our buyers by email and into the system we use to keep track of sellers.
Text messages
If you choose text, or check the box to receive texts, we text you about your vehicle at the number you gave us, including your report and offer. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of selling your car. We do not share your phone number or your consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us handle your request (our email and text providers and our customer system), with your lender when we pay off a loan for you, and with the Tennessee Department of Revenue or your county clerk when a title has to be transferred.
How long we keep it
If you sell to us, we keep the purchase records the law requires. If you don’t, we keep your request for up to two years so we can help if you come back, then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
